Competitor Content

We only process emails you explicitly forward to your private NinjaEmail address. We do not connect to your email inbox or access any emails you haven't forwarded.

Forwarded content is processed to synthesize strategy and generate campaigns. We do not share your raw data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe - For payment processing
  • Service providers - Who help us operate (hosting, email delivery)

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Forwarded competitor emails are processed to extract strategy DNA. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
